How long does a session last?
Sessions typically last either 50 or 90 minutes. However if this does not meet your needs, we can be flexible and find something that works for us.
What are your rates and do you take insurance?
Rates vary depending on the clinician, and package deals are available. Insurance coverage varies by policy. Jessica accepts BlueCross BlueShield as well as other out of network companies. Receipts may be provided to your insurance as needed for you to seek reimbursement.
What will my first session be like?
It will be all about getting to know you. We will expand on our initial consult and help strengthen my understanding of what is leading you to therapy. We will also go over payment, policies, and scheduling in more detail. The first two sessions are your chance to decide if we are a good fit. What kind of equipment do I need to do online therapy?
Any computer, tablet, or smart phone. The device must have video access. The program runs similar to a secure form of Facetime.
